We won’t be hiring again until February of 2018, at which point we’ll be interviewing for Field Crew and an Irrigation Specialist. For all positions, applicants must be able to lift 50 lbs and have an upbeat, get-it-done attitude.

AS CONCERNS THE FIELD HAND POSITIONS…
Qualified applicants will be field tough, have a positive attitude and the ability to show up on time Monday through Friday, ready to work hard, as well as on the occasional Saturday.
We would love to hear from you if … you have at least one full season at a production (5+ acres) produce farm under your belt; solid related references; a true passion for growing food, a great work ethic and staying power, please carefully read and answer all the questions below. A clean driving record and the ability to drive stick is a plus. If hired, you can expect to work at least five days and sometimes six days per week (an average of 40-65 hours/week). Applicants must have retail sales experience, as well as experience working in the fresh food industry–ideally in the produce section of a grocery store.

POST-HARVEST, PACKING & DISTRIBUTION TEAM MEMBERS
Isabelle Farm is seeking Packing & Distribution Team Members to wash and pack produce for our distribution outlets (CSA, Farm Stand, Restaurants and Small Stores). Team members post-harvest produce, and pack and label orders, clean post-harvest equipment, and adhere to Isabelle Farm’s Food Safety and GAP Standards. Occasional deliveries and/or help with CSA distribution may be required if needed. A clean driving record is a bonus.
Ideal candidates will have 1-2 seasons of farming and post-harvest experience, will be available 20-30 hours per week, with occasional weekends, be able to lift 50 lbs, handle strenuous and repetitive work, be detail oriented and self-motivated, and possess the ability and desire to deliver only top-quality produce to our customers at all times. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must in this fast-paced environment. This is seasonal employment to last through the harvest season, which usually ends at the end of October.
